Technology Advisory Services

Semaphore’s Technology Advisory Practice offers an independent review and validation of an organization's people, processes, operations, markets and technology for both products and systems.  This level of diligence identifies deficiencies and provides recommendations for remediation.  The tried and proven methodology of Independent Verification and Validation (IVV) has been adapted to provide the necessary standards based approach to the analysis.  Semaphore’s approach to a Technology Due Diligence engagement is to start at the bottom and work up.  The Semaphore team starts with the code or the core technology (IP), proceeds through an assessment of the architecture, up through the business strategy and tactics to deliver products or services to market.  Adhering to the principles of IVV, the Semaphore approach mandates a demonstration of the existence of the underlying IP followed by a validation process to test the elements that have been identified.
